Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will make all reasonable efforts to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns for Refund
We will accept returns for refund within 14 days of your order provided that your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Seasonal items cannot be returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you would like to return your purchase, send us an email at and send your item to:

Restocking Fee
If any of the items in your order are returned, the amount of your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to the lesser of $2.95 or the amount of the refund.

Payment Processing Fee
If you request cancellation of your order and a refund prior to the time that your order is fulfilled or shipped but after Baytaynu has purchased shipping for your order (if applicable), the amount of your refund will be reduced both by the amount of your shipping charge and by any payment or refund processing fee charged to Baytaynu at the time your order was placed or refunded.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, unless the item arrived damaged.

Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. No portion of the cost of shipping, pickup, or delivery of your order by Baytaynu will be refunded.

Processing of Returns
Once your returned purchase is received, we will send you an email or call to inform you of its acceptance and, if applicable, its approval. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days of notification of its approval. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of notification of its approval, please first check your bank account or credit card company again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Return of Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and a refund is approved, a discount code will be e-mailed, texted, or mailed to you.
